macan Posted June 17, 2012 Share Posted June 17, 2012 I am considering increasing the registered capital of our business and would like to know if it is possible to convert retained earnings to registered capital? This to avoid tying up more of our money or paying tax on money taken out of the business. Tombkk replied positively to an earlier post in the SME forum, but advised talking to a tax accountant, however our own accountant has not been able to give any information yet.
