How did my remaining data allowed go from 546MB to 588MB? I have the 599b 2GB cap plan. I actually used my phone to download a 250MB file last night and I gained more data allowance?

Could that figure be how much data you've consumed (downloaded/uploaded), rather than the allotment remaining? That's the way most status inquiry replies work, which might explain why the figure is increasing over time? Of course that doesn't explain a 250 MB download in the interim. Maybe the system doesn't update instantaneously?

It says "you can use until" and is always decreasing. I was tethering to a computer. Not sure if that makes a difference. I'll keep checking today to see what happens.

Seriously, I vaguely recall at least one other similar post here over the past months. I guess I would contact TrueMove H for a detailed record, or just chalk it up to general incompetence.
