How Soon Can My Thai Gf Apply For Her Second Vv: UK

Featured Replies

Hi,

Visa granted to Uk in April and she has just returned after a 10 day visit..i am hoping that she will be able to stay for 6 months from December onwards if successful with a second visa application...however her current visa runs out in October...she finishes a part time course in Bangkok then but would have to give up work to live in the UK for 6 months if she was successful with her application....would she be ok in applying for a second visa 2 months after the current one runs out? She will only have spent 10 days in the UK on her current visa..i am aware of issue around reason to return etc...

Cheers

She can apply for a further visit visa at any time, she will of course need to convince the ECO that it is a genuine visit and that there is a reason to return.

Giving up her job may cause her a problem and the fact she wants to live in the UK for six months almost certainly will.
