Where can I buy the seaweed as shown in the 1st pic? Both fresh or dried ones will be OK.

Not the one in the 2nd pic (as used in Sushi, hand roll etc).

I searched Naklua market and other small markets, but quite strange I never find the seaweed as shown in 1st pic.

Thanks!coffee1.gifpost-125519-0-44280800-1341053561_thumb.

Try one of the Korean supermarkets, I often have that sort of seaweed in Korean soups.

Where, please, are the Korean supermarkets located in Pattaya?

I was hoping nobody would ask that!

If memory serves me right, which it often doesn't, there's one on Third Rd. just opposite the TOT building but I've a feeling that might have closed.

I'm fairly sure there's one behind ex-Carrefour where KPK foods is, and there's 1 somewhere along Third Rd. towards North Rd. end where there's a few Korean restaurants.

Sorry I'm not more specific but I notice them as I'm driving along and haven't been into any of them.

Right, I am looking for the one in 1st pic. They are commonly used for soup (with Tou <deleted> )in Japanese or Korean restaurant. The dried product is brown color and can expand to large size when put in water. In China, we use them a lot for stewing bone soups. Very healthy seaweed.
