Cambodian killed following heated discussion on Cock Fighting on Pattaya Island

PATTAYA:--A heated debate over the issue of Cock Fighting led to the death of a Cambodian Construction Worker on Larn Island on Monday Morning.

The suspected murderer, Mr Wandeejan aged 29, a fellow Cambodian worker on the Island is alleged to have stabbed the victim in his back at the culmination of a fist fight between the pair. The suspect was taken to Pattaya Police Station where he confirmed the reason behind the fight was opposing views on Cock Fighting.

A fist fight began but the victim, Mr. Lanborn aged 30, was too strong forcing Mr. Wandeejan to withdraw. He returned with a knife and proceeded to stab Mr. Lanborn in his back.
