Can anyone recommend a decent real estate agent who can help me secure leases with high-end shopping malls around Bangkok? What I am looking to do is lease space (approx. 20sqm) in heavy footfall traffic areas in multiple shopping malls around Bangkok for my permanent sales kiosks.

I have contacted the big players (CBRE and JLL) but they dont seem to be interested in dealing with small businesses. If anyone can recommend a good agent who can speak resonable English and has established contacts with the Central and Mall groups thst would be very much appreciated.

From my past experience an agent is not required - just go to the shopping malls you are interested in and you will find that they have a letting/leasing office on the premises. A set price per Sq Mtr will apply to all deals
