Newbie: Buying A Landed Soho House Under Company

Hi,

I plan to buy a landed soho house under Company. The Company is deemed Local with 51% owned by Thai Shareholder.

The issue arised is on the Bank Borrowing, which most of the Thai Bank is offering MRR ( around 8 percent), upto 70% loan, 7-10 years.

IF i getting the low-interest Bank Borrowing from oversea and transfer the monies into Thailand to buy the soho house, any issue ?

Or is there any better way to save on the high interest rate from Thai Bank ?

Appreicate for any advice.
