Not infrequently I'll get an email from someone, often it's a guy - who's wanting to get away from the decadence of Phuket or Pattaya - in order to start a dream project up in Chiang Rai. While cycling around, I find interesting prospects for investment, some are located alongside the major river here (Mae Kok) and the land costs are not too dear. I have however the greatest understanding for the fact that you try to do so.

But nevertheless, with gentlemen like Mr. Homealone looking over my shoulder I have to use the extreme power and authority entrusted to me by the administrators of this forum to deny you this favour.
