This morning at Homeworks, beside Big C have power tools for sale. I happened to be looking at Bosch and Makita.

According to Wiki, Dremmel was purchased by Bosch in 1993. I prefer Makita.

The attachment shown in your photo looks fairly standard to me.

Most tool shops around town have this type of tool, not necessarily the Dremel make but probably a more local copy.

Black & Decker do a Dremmel copy on the local market

Saw one in Bangkok Pattaya hospital. Think they use it to treat haemarroids.

True Value Hardware out on Suk road sell the dremel range including all the little cutting/grinding/sanding bits.

Strewth.

I bought one in Home-Pro a couple of years ago.

As stated you can buy a Dremel type tool on the local market, but you can't get a cordless one, cordless is far easier to use? in most situations, I bought a Dremel 8200 online and had posted by USPS.

and as well as True Value Hardware, RS Components Thailand also sell them.
