Used to be one on third road just down from pattaya tai. There are several others around just look for the old TV's out the front.

Most of the pawn shops that i've seen in thailand are mostly for jewelry.

Pattaya is covered in pawn shops. Try driving down soi brukow and you'll see several. The give away is the used TV's on display.

There is one in Pattaya Klang on Central Road just up from Soi Boukow.
