Rigger Posted January 22, 2006 Share Posted January 22, 2006 Hi anyone got any good ideas about how I can remove the exhausts tips as I have ordered some baffles to try and quite down the V&H pipes a bit as they are just to loud. When I put the tips on they were a really tight fit so I hammered them on with a bit of wood but they will have to come off to fit the baffles in I thought about getting the pipes hot and using a wet rag try and cool the exhausts tip and then try and remove them Any one got any ideas Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just don't forget to give it back Depends on how hard you hammered them in though...I used to use chicken wire scrunched up but I was young then and it didn't really make any difference.
