I am thinking of opening a small pizza shop up here in Issan area.

I have done some yahoo searches and found nothing.

Does anyone know of shops that sell ovens, pans, peels, etc for making pizzas?

If I can find enough customers I am sure the home oven I am using now will not be enough.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I am working as a Chef here in Thailand more than 10 years now.

75 is ok, but do not buy the cheapest equipment (chinese/malaysian imports).

When it comes to service problems with your oven etc. it will take a long time for the mechanics to come to your place.

There are many shops with industrial restuarant equipment on At Narong Road opposite Customs Department and on Rama 4 Road near Bangkok University. Pizza ovens , flat grills, grooved grills, etc...
