It's about 44 m2, perfect for 1-2 person(s), the apartment is very new, Western-looking and in a safe area. I just have to leave Bangkok for a while so thats why I am renting this out. There is Big C in walking distance, lots of bus connections to Meungthong, Victory Monument and Mochit going frequently. The rent is 6500 baht/month not inclusive of utilities.
