SidJames
Does anyone know the best way to contact BFS? I've emailed the passenger link on their website but it bounced back as an unknown address, I then emailed one of their personnel listed but have not got an answer. I'm landing on Thursday with family, baggage etc & would love to make use of their 'meet&greet' service if it's available. SJ
ThaiBrat
Hi Sid,, I always use BFS, I have sent you a PM with their mobile number(s). I have had issue when they don't reply to emails, so I just call them. If you have used them before, you wont need to send card details / scan as they keep them on record., just make sure you use the card you used last time. Hope this helps. kbelyeu
I hope all worked out for you. Just wanted to comment and say that I've been using their service for about 8 months now and have nothing but praise for the passenger services. Cheers, Kurt

kbelyeu
Sorry, Meet and greet services ? What is that and what is the cost ? They have someone at the gate once you exit the aircraft and walk (or buggy) to fast track immigration. They escort you through immigration and customs then on to transportation of your choice. I fly the A380 Emirates flight with about 500 ish fellow passengers in Y class. I have a buggy waiting and only bring carry on baggage. I am usually in a taxi cab on my way to Pattaya within 15 minutes of the doors being opened on the aircraft. 1300 baht.. money well spent (service without buggy is 700 I believe). breadbin
seems like a good service, may try it next time.
beerbelly
Next time you can also consider Siam Resorts Fast Track service ( http://www.limousine...mmigration.html ) The online chat service makes it a lot easier to get in touch, although it's on for just 16 hours per day. 2020
I booked with them two days ago and the booking was confirmed after payment and again in an email soon after. After the last time I went through Bangkok about four and a half months ago it took about an hour. It would have been longer except a massive group of Chinese came from behind, ignored the snake line and went straight for the front! I was about a dozen from the front so as our line saw this and surged forward, I ducked under the tape and joined a quiet(ish) line on the left (about 12 people) as my former line went right in an angry/ lost/ dazed/ confused attempt to cut off the insurgents! Ugh! Our little line up traffic control girl wasn't interested the whole time she was there, and when the chaos kicked off was nowhere to be seen anyway! I'm arriving tomorrow about 1:30 and presumed it will be busy again plus I have a connection. So I'm hoping Bangkok Flight Services can make this trip less chaotic. I'll post a report after about if it is worth it. Happy days!
