limbos Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 At midnight from 29 to 30 September the 3rd Koh Phangan Full Moon marathon will start. At 5am, 30th September there will be the start of a quarter marathon and there's also a fun run starting at 05.30am. Start and finish at the ferry pier in Thong Sala. limbos Posted September 7, 2012 Author Share Posted September 7, 2012 (edited) As already mentioned, start/finish is at the ferry pier in Thong Sala, that's a bit of a distance away from Haad Rin. Unfortunately no news is available what route is being used. For safety of the runners I can hardly imagine that they are led towards the party zone and away again, I would imagine that they will have to run in a different direction, but that's just speculation on my side.
