September 7, 201213 yr I know there are threads about this but could not find them. I have also searched online and the solutions did not work. I am sooo tried of google.th being the default. I know i can use google.com/ncr but how can I make it my default. ? I use firefox . I have a gmail account and even log in first then go to google. Does not work.
September 7, 201213 yr Had the same problem in control panel internet set the default to www.google.co.uk then it will not revert, or never has done with me
September 7, 201213 yr I use yahoo but for firefox try this in the address bar type about:config and enter, read the "message" and enter again (if is your first time in that area) search -> keyword double click on keyword.url change the default for some of these http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q= or http://www.google.co.th/search?hl=en&q= now you can search directly in the address bar and the result will be in english you can change the language changing this hl=[languague] for example for spanish/ESpaniol es http://www.google.co.th/search?hl=es&q= You can add more values for example for use verbatim, or porn on or search only results in the last year
September 7, 201213 yr This should give you chrome/google in English, you will have to open it from Ie, FF or Opera etc. https://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chrome/browser/?hl=en-gb
September 7, 201213 yr I switched to Chrome and set mine to google.ca (not many ads) It's easy in the set up.
