Cat O Visa 1 Year Extention

Featured Replies

I'm applying for a 1 year extension to my O visa based on retirement as I am now 50.

My questions are.

Does my name have to be in the house registration book or can I show my wifes book?

Also do I need to provide a passport type face photo or a full body photo?

Thanks in advance.

Carl

Your Wife's house book should be OK.

You need passport size photos.

Wife home register with marriage certificate should be fine - even a letter with your address might be enough.

4x6cm upper shoulder/face photo as used for any id/passport. Be sure current as they do not like old photos but other than that very loose in requirement (most with take computer photo when you there for online use).

My last 90 days of my permission to stay expires on the 25th of October, So I will be applying for my extention on the 21st of this month.

I deposited 816,000.00 baht into my account on the 2nd of July, Does this have to be in my account 3 months before I apply or 3 months before my permission to stay expires?

Thanks

Carl

I don't know why but you have started a new topic with this last question so this is closed.
