Any Cheap But Nice Apartment Near Mayfair Bkk？

I got job for about 2 weeks in Bangkok.

The office is near Mayfair, Bangkok - Marriott Executive Apartments Soi Langsuan, Lumpini, Pathumwan.

The hotel rate at that area is in the average of THB 1200-1500 per night. Therefore, I am wondering if there are any cheap but nice apartments around that area.

My budget will be around THB 10k (or below) per month.

The only facility I need is WIFI.

I don't mind if I need to walk for 30 minutes or take MRT, as long as it's easy.

Anyone can help?
