jagi00
Can anyone recommend a reliable builder for a small store room extension to an existing building?
market trader
The fact that in 24 hours there have been no replies to your post kind of has me thinking that maybe there are none.
cmsally
I was waiting for someone to say this is an oxymoron. If its a small project then better to get someone to do the whole lot. To a large extent it depends on how skillful are the people they hire. For example if the construction guy is doing tiling it might not be a great job. If you give your area location it might help for someone to give a recommendation.
jagi00
It's in San Sai area. I was hoping that others who had some work done well might have some recommendations.
Bates
Sorry just saw this topic. My father in law is an independant builder. He builded our own house and that of many others around Saraphi. Depending on the location he can be hired, although I'm not sure if he's available right now. He doesn't speak any English.. but he's a very reliable man that gets the job well done! Get in touch by PM if you're interested in his work and I can show you a project of his.
jingjoke
Given the huge amount of building being undertaken in CMai, builders with time on their hands are few. The hourly wages for construction crews are up in the entire CMai area, and unless you agree a fair wage there are even fewer.
