Non-immigrant B - 3 Years ?

I can remember reading about 6 months ago that you could now get a Non-Immigrant B visa valid for 3 years ... is this still correct ?

I'm sure I wasn't dreaming ... definitely read the story in the Bangkok Post ... dosen't anyone know if you can get a Non-Immigrant "B" visa valid for 3 years instead of the normal 1 year vailidity ?

The Bangkok Post is known as a dream maker. Things are often published that are proposals or future plans rather than fact. Believe this may be a plan limited to APAC card holders or some such restriction but not sure. I suspect if you don't know you can not obtain is the operative word.

the topic has been discussed in this forum before, it was me myself who asked the same thing couple of months ago. just do a quick forum-search for it..... apparently, nobody has ever seen this 3 year Visa..... would be nice to get it, though.....
