If i have trouble extending my 15 month visa can i return to the uk and apply for a one year visa and start all over again ?

This is on basis of having a Thai wife? You can obtain a new visa in home country or as close as Savannakhet, Laos without need for financials if that is the issue.

Yes, you can, but you need to know that the old "easy days" of getting a new multi-entry Non immigrant O visa in the U.K. (especially at Hull) are now gone.

That's not to say you can't get another multi-entry visa, but just be aware that now the requirements may be stricter.

Documentation may be needed.

If you can handle that part, you should have no problem.

As things are at the moment you can get your Non Imm O Visa at Savanakhet Laos or KL Malaysia as you have a Thai Wife.

Show 100,000bht in K L or nothing in Savanakhet.
