Just got home from a visit to SK.

Tried a pair of Steak & onion pies for my lunch.Very nice, decent pastry which is the usual failing on CM's pies.

Still warm when I got back to my place and they lasted about 15 mins as I consumed them with a spot of HP sauce.

Worth the trip.

Sausage King does excellent Steak & Kidney Pies. I have to say though, my favourite Sausage King pastry product is their Cornish Pasties, which are extraordinarily good - they knock Ginsters into a cocked hat any day! We sell both here at The Olde Bell, as well as many more of Rob's great products. Chiang Mai is very fortunate to have a Butcher/Pie-Maker of Rob's calibre in town.
