Not sure that a visa forum is the best place. Better to check out a web design forum. You are more likely to get more web designers there than on a visa forum.

Not sure about that. There are probably more un(der)employed self-proclaimed "web site designers" in Pattaya and Bangkok than any other type of farang, except perhaps drunkards and sex-maniacs (though the groups are not mutually exclusive).
