Seeing some details on this proposal which mention a patient can get up to 30 grams in any 30 day period. Obviously, "cannabis pharmacists/doctors" will have to be trained. Controls/processes need to be drafted. Eligible diagnoses/conditions will have to be published. Very few conditions here - ~ four - are currently treatable with 'medical' cannabis. Some U.S. states have quite strict medical conditions for which cannabis can be prescribed. -

It could have been the other way around. For example many years ago I was at a bar with some friends having a beer, a girl at the bar started talking to me, so I obliged and chatted back. After ten minutes she said she was sad as her boyfriend had left to go back to his country and she missed him, she went on about it. Half an hour later she said, "I go with you', I said what about the boyfriend, she said, "I like you better, you are good man". I thought, well that did not take long, I did a runner ten minutes later, well we (the lads) decided to move onto another venue. Poor girl, she must have been very sad, well until the next punter came along. 😃 -
