Guys and Gals,

Any details on what you you need to bring along to immigration for extending your Non Immigrant 'O' Visa??

I've already heard it said that thai immigration permit the 15 day extention for tourist visas, whats the deal with the 'O' type?

Any ideas?

I'm sick of making the visa run, now I'm based in BKK the ordeal of Cambodian Visa runs makes me yearn for the Rayong waterways!

Cheers

You wan't to avoid visa runs - not only for the next month - but for a long time? --- Then we're talking about 1-year extensions at your nearest immigration office. If that's the case, the reqiured paperworks depend pretty much on what's the basis for your non-o - support Thai dependent, retirement ... You'll have to share...

You're damned right I want avoid pesky Visa Runs, My passport only has about two visa run stamps in it!

My Non Imm. visa is a multi entry 3 month at a time wonder, its valid for one year.

To elaborate further on my situation, I have no dependants, I am 27 years old and single I live at a friends house. I hold a thai drivers license (address in Hua Hin) but I currently am living in Bangkok.

Anyone got anything they can tell me I should take with me apart from passport, photos and a lot of luck...

Thanks.

With those credentials I suspect you will not find any Consulate in South East Asia willing to provide another. So the luck bucket will have to be overflowing.
