Wife has 4 nieces making up the company and they let me play at M.D.as long as we bring them some chocolate and peanuts on our visits.

Their Dividends include a night out in the Londoner Bar (wednesday nights of course ...Buy 1 get 1 free) when we "hire" the big table beside the band and maybe a bit of Karaoke later in 13 coins at Bagna Trat (rooms only 200bt after 11-00pm )

The 2 million and the 7 shareholders are organized but I am not sure about the 4 emloyees.

- Do they have to be fulltime employees?

- Can they have a second job or be students who work partime on a small salary?

- Is there a minimum wage for them?

No employees needed to obtain a work permit.

No employees needed for a one year non immigrant visa.( you will need to do a visa run every 90 days)
