Long with wide paddle - 1-3/8 inch diameter - Chrome

Benefits:

• Full throttle control with a relaxed hand

• Reduces hand fatigue and cramping

• Comfortably fits your hand

• Easier throttle operation

• Eliminates throttle "creep"

• Doesn't lock throttle on

my hand goes numb on long journeys so i was thinking of giving one of the above a try....Is there anywhere in CM to buy the item?

I use this when we're going on long tours. 6-8 hours of twisting the throttle can do these old hands nasty. When it's adjusted correctly, it's just a matter of resting your hand on the throttle and relaxing your shoulders. Delightful!

I also added an actual 'cruise control' device that I bought off the net. $20 and if I need to scratch or adjust something, or simply shake out my hand when going down the highway, just pressing down with my index finger locks it on. Releasing is as easy as just twisting the throttle. It's not something that I'd leave on for 20 minutes at a time, but it's great for the 20 second - one minute break you might need now and then. Having the two together make touring a real pleasure!

Seen grips like this at the local scooter mod shop.
