Some time ago we order online a birdcage

now after 6 weeks nothing from seller (and no answer anymore on his phone) so I ask my bank how to get the money back.

They told us to go to the police ( what we did My wife and me)

It turns out that the police can do NOTHING

we have to go to court, that means take a lawyer "and pay", after you can wait a long time if you get your maybe you money back.

I find it strange that the police can do nothing , a simple report is not possible.

If somebody want to buy something better pay after you received the goods in good condition , but I think this will not work also

Go again to the police with a local newspaper reporter. Than you can see how fast they change their minds. And if I am you I gone to a higher policeman. You can make a report to against the policeman.

Don't worry what they speak. Just do it. And in every cityhall it give a office for problems like this (police don't want work). They help farangs too!!!
