Investment Visa 3m (property Based).

I got my Non Immigrant B Visa extended for another year today on the basis of having more than 3m invested in a new property I bought direct from a developer a few years back.

I submitted all of the forms through the Pattaya branch of Immigration at the end of December. I was told as per usual that these would be sent to Bangkok for approval or otherwise and to come back in a month.

Having read Firefan's post a while back I was non too surprised when at the end of January no answer had come back. I was given a free one month extension on the spot. (No form filling), arrived at Immigration today and Bob's your Uncle...
