Do underage kids with foreign passports need to extend visas if travelling with Thai passport holder mother.

Do overstay create problems??(under 14)

Kids 14 and under do not get fined for overstay.

They may get a stamp in their passport but it will bring no problems.

Per above. But if their mother is Thai, they can get a Thai passport.

Proof of Thai nationality will qualify them for an extension of stay.

Went to airport with Daughter overstay and had no problem. Next Trip obtained Thai Passport which was hassle free and cheap(In CM)
