There is a link on the homepages of thaivisa with information about incorporation of a new company.

Is this information up-to-date (correct?)

http://www.thaivisa.com/314.0.html

sample:

So – a “front” company will cost about 25,000 baht to launch (fees of about 13,000 baht, landlord registration at 3,500 baht, plus maybe about 8,000 baht in processing fees) probably about 10,000 baht per month (virtual office rent, plus auditor), say about 150,000 baht for the first year. You will have to put opening deposit plus 250,000 baht wired-in capital into a bank account – but you can then use that money to pay the monthly office and auditor fees.

No, that infomation is not up to date. I wrote it - in mid-to late 2002. That article was not written for thaivisa - thavisa.com did not even exist at that time. The "article" was wrritten as a long post in a discussion thread on a different now-defunct ex-pat discussion board. The founders of this web site "lifted" that posting off the other discussion board and published it on this website.

If you would like current, accurate information, you are welcome to contact me.

Cheers!
