This beauty salon is conveniently located right in the heart of the Silom business district area and neighboring residential condo towers ensure the salon a constant stream of customers. The salon has been open for more than 30 years so has a strong reputation in the neighborhood. The premises measure 70 sq.m over two floors with a 20,000 baht monthly rental, quite low for this neighborhood and it is secured on a three year lease. Monthly electric and water bills run around 5-6,000 baht.
