For several days now I have been trying to book on line with EVA AIR. I can get to the details page OK but as soon as I press "CONFIRM" I get an error message saying that details are not available - try again.

Are they really that busy? or is there something that I should know?

Maybe they are really busy or just sold out.

I've been looking at flights in their Premium Economy to Amsterdam for late August for some weeks and constantly get the same message, it doesn't even offer alternative dates.

I have just tried again, their Elite/Premium Economy gets that message whilst economy for the same dates shows availability for the dates selected and alternative dates, looks like a change of plan for me.

Try giving them a call their BKK NO: is 022696288 London 02073808300 always found them very helpful.

Tried to book flights online with them too but also got an error message when processing my credit card so had to call the reservation number to speak to a human

But the price they quoted me was 10,000 baht cheaper than the price quoted online for the same flights
