Condo Swap Bangkok/sydney

I will be in Sydney for one month in March 2013 and Im looking for someone that may visit Thailand in the same period. The idea is to simply swap apartments and saving a truckload on accommodation both ends.

Well don't worry! The idea was while you're away in Australia, the temporary occupant will invite everybody on this forum to have a party in your condo.

Sorry for spoiling the surprise... The point was if you go via these established (single-purpose) home swap platforms, there will be reference mechanisms, etc in place to minimise risks like this.
