Tesco Lotus shops in Chiang Rai are all playing Christmas MUSAK near on 24 hours a day (jingle bells , batman smells , robin flew away ) you kow the song !! Well, Dave's Deep Sea Diving Shop , located in the main market , next to Ann Summers , is selling ear plugs to drown out the racket !! . I also prefer to go diving at Ann Summers and not Dave's ..

In my twilight years my hearing has deteriorated to the point where I hardly notice it.

A strange thing to be thankful for I know.

Little Miss JAG has requested a "Santa Toy sing a song" - ah the wonders of Skype!

As a doting and dutiful Papa I have procured one and will arrive bearing said toy on the 20th.

I am sure by the 25th I will be sick of the sound of "Jingle bloody Bells"!
