Does anyone know what days and hours this border crossing is open in Loei Tha Li Thai-Lao Nam Heuang Border

Good question.

I've used this crossing in the past and never had any issues with it being closed,but I've always traveled in the daytime,VOA is obviously possible for foreigners but when I went last I caught the lunch break so had to hang around.

This crossing sees very few foreigners but is popular with the locals so my guess is its manned 24/7,wether it's open to cross I couldn't guarentee but you would think so due to locals wanting to cross.

VOA may not be available 24/7 though.
