Pattaya Tourist Police ready for busy festive season

PATTAYA:--Following orders from the National Police Commissioner to become more involved in policing Thai and Foreign Tourists in Pattaya, the Tourist Police have launched a major crime prevention and suppression campaign which will take place over the festive season.

In the grounds of the Pattaya Tourist Police Station on Saturday Afternoon, a pre-festive season parade took place led by Police Lieutenant Colonel Wasu, Deputy Superintendent of Tourist Police Region 2, who was flanked by the Station Chief, Police Lieutenant Colonel Arun.

The officers and volunteers were told to work to the best of their abilities over the festive season and serve Thai and Foreign Tourists in a professional manner.
