What is the point of that?......why would you use that emoticon? What does it mean? Which emoticons do you like? hate? not understand? If anyone could take the time to explain that would be handy. Best use of them is to try to show that one is not necessarily serious (AKA taking the p1ss) However, there are two that are too similar. One is and the other is (not).
