farrol
Hi, I am on a 60 day tourist visa and would like to extend it by 30 days. Can I get this done in any immgration office, e. g. in Chiang Rai or in Nongkhai? And I need to do this within the last 30 days of the current validity, is that correct? Cheers, Farrol
Crossy
Yes and Yes You need to visit your 'local' immigration office for wherever you're staying, don't leave it until the last minute, you won't lose any validity by extending early.
lopburi3
Yes - normally most would do in last week for a tourist visa entry but believe most will allow earlier. You fill out a TM.7 form with current 4x6cm photos and 1,900 baht fee - copies of passport data page/visa/entry/departure card will likely be required.
