RioMist
My wife had a Non Im O visa until a few weeks ago as my dependent but on the offer of a job she went to Penang to obtain a Non Im B visa. The job never came up to expectations and never got off the ground. So I guess she has to go back to Penang to change her visa back to Non Im O again. Will she need supporting documents to obtain her visa again ... if so what documents does she need? Any advice would be gratefully received. lopburi3
The normal copy of your passport and marriage proof should be all that is required for the new visa other than the normal fee/passport/copies/photos..
ubonjoe
She should try getting her dependent extension at immigration prior to making a trip out for a non-o. The rules only state that it has to be non immigrant visa for the extension so the B visa should be OK.
