Just curious

shopping a new helmet is not easy with my head :)

always used AGV in the US & there is not much here in CM

I do like AGV's new K4 but only see it on Mocyc in Bangkok

Might do a EMS deal but really am leery about EMS helmets without trying.

I did try a K3 here & it is comfy

Anyway I did find a Laser that also fits but I have no idea about how well

the ventilation on that helmet is.

Next to fit ventilation is most important to me.

Even more important than noise reduction etc.

Anyone have one that can comment on ventilation etc?

Full Face Model

Thanks

Cannot comment on the Lazer but if you are looking for ventilation I can advise you to look at the Nolan N43E trilogy Air.

I have a full face Arai and a convertible Givi helmet that I was using before in "temperate" countries but here it is just too bloody hot for me.

So I looked around on the internet and found about this helmet that is supposed to be one of the best for ventilation. I bought it in Dirt Shop Bkk (see motorcycle directory) for about 10000thb and it is just perfect for me. Yes it is true that there is less noise reduction than in my other helmets but man you can breath in this helmet and the ventilation is just amazing. For me it is the perfect helmet for Thailand.

I decided to buy another one for my wife as well, but could not find the size here (only S available and it was too big) so bought the XS size one from a website in andorra detaxed (www.motocard.com) for about 7000thb with ups shipping to Thailand and paid 2400thb of taxes on arrival so nearly the same price than if I would have bought it here. You could probably find it cheap as well from US websites.

If you are interested in that helmet just know that Nolan has just released the new version of this N43 Air which is called the N44 classic ncom n3, it is suppose to be even better for ventilation.

Hope this help, ride safe thumbsup.gif

Thanks Mactao

Actually I just bought a AGV K4 today from Bangkok

should be here by Thursday

Appreciate the info though!

You know it is tough if your not sure about fit.

With AGV I know the fit so was searching for that.

Then I tried a Lazer & the fit was much like AGV

But I was not thrilled with the one they had color wise.
