Is this what happens when thai authority runs out of nos plate?

Any "lucky" owners got this type of "limited edition" number plates as well?

I was told by the sales rep that thai authorities will not issue any more of this in future.

Hmm..i presume it runs from only from 1-9999 which thereafter there will be 3 thai letters instead and no more numeric at the front anymore?

    Thai plates had a number and a character prior to the 2 characters we are accustomed to seeing.

    I dont think having the number is limited but they do seem to have a bit of a design running through.

    In the press couple of months all new issue from Government will have No 1 first starting Dec 2012 gives them millions more plates.(<deleted> just added to one of the threads taking over forum)
