If you are in a larger town a shop that has office supplies.

They have all sorts of pre printed contracts ready to use.

As they are standardized there is nothing to worry about its legality.

If you need to add specific clauses, better try to minimize them and use a local lawyer to write it in Thai for you and then translate it back to english to check if it is right.
