davejones Posted January 25, 2013 Share Posted January 25, 2013 (edited) Would be a lot of work to turn into a bigger condo - rip out kitchen and bathroom, and re-do all the rooms so that the space works properly. Probably best to keep as two condos. How old is the building? Will you sell separately? What's percentage of farang in building at the moment? How many units are empty?
