Rimmer Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 Deaf & Dumb bag snatcher caught by Pattaya Police PATTAYA:--On Friday Night, Police Major General Katcha, the Provincial Police Commander, led a press at the front of Pattaya Police Station to announce the arrest of a deaf & dumb bag snatch suspect. The incident occurred on 17th January at the front of Soi 16 on the South Pattaya Road and resulted in the theft of a bag containing 1,500 Baht in cash, a Blackberry Mobile Phone and personal documents. The victim, Khun Kamlar aged 41, who works for a local Life Insurance Company, was present to re-claim her stolen bag. He was dumb trying it on but his affliction is a Deaf Mute. OOoops sorry thought I was addressing a media reporter.
