I am considering forming a company. The company will own land and build one or more houses, one of which I may personally live in. Has anyone who has done this ever had a hassle about having a work permit or is it ignored?

If I decide I need a WP i believe the 2million paid up capital entitles one to a WP. Is it easy to get one?

What would be the range of taxes if I actually made some money?
