I've joined this forum a while ago, but have not posted. We have a big plot of land to sell with complete construction plans and permits.

Is anyone interested in this kind of business? The land with all permits and construction plans is 6 million euro. Inc. construction is 17 million.

Is there any interest in this type of business here on this forum? If so, we could talk more.

If I were to do such a thing I would find research and find land independently then make the design and plans etc

I don't see the details but having plans shouldn't add hardly any value on top of the land.

I expect any investors looking at this scale would want to arrange all independently and probably not plump for a 17million euro all in deal.

Looks well over priced. Just by looking at the construction price compared to land with plans. Your asking 11million euro for construction but from the pic I think half that could do it easily.
