Col. Vinai Thongsong and Chonburi station head Maj. Gen. Khatcha Thatsart, met with foreign-embassy representatives Jan. 28. Wuthi told the diplomats that the first three weeks of the month-long crime sweep has seen criminal incidents decrease 90 percent.
