Disabled 13 year old beggar found on Pattaya Beach by Police

PATTAYA:--Officers from the Police Region 2 Child and Women Protection Unit detained a 13 year old disabled girl and a 34 year old woman on Friday evening at the central section of Pattaya Beach Road. The pair were seen to be begging for money from passing foreign tourists.

newsjsOfficers took the pair to the Police Station where they interviewed Khun Laporn aged 34 who confessed she had promised her sister in Surin Province that she would take the girl to Pattaya and care for her. Instead she used the girls disability to pursued foreigners to part with money
