Let's say I sing up for a language course in Bangkok and get all the ED visa papers form the school.

Once I have it can I do my 90 days ED visa extension in Phuket immigration or any other immigraiton office or does it have to be Bangkok immigration?

Extensions are apllied for where you are living. But you might have a hard time convincing immigration if you say you live in Phuket bur are studying in Bangkok.

You would need to enroll in a school in Phuket to get the extension.

Ok - what about the 90 days report than? I alredy found a BKK school offering a one year extension so all I'd have to do is get the 90 days reports - not the visa extensions. Can this be done in Phukt if my visa is from a school in Bangkok?

Not exactly true. I do want to study (learn Thai). The thing is I might be moving to Phuket latr this year, after I've started the course - hence my question.

Than you should move your study to Phuket when you move and you will not have any problems.

Some schools have banches In Phuket, or you go to an entirely new school.
